FRUIT

*Rehydrate (By Soaking) Dried Fruits or Drink Plenty of Water with them*

Apples (cooked), Avocado (Sparingly) , Banana (in moderation), Blackberries(in moderation), Blood Oranges, Blueberries (in moderation), Breadfruit (cooked), Cantaloupe, Cherimoya/Sweetsop, Coconut (In Moderation), Currants, Dates (in moderation), Figs, Grapefruits, Grapes, Guava, Honeydew, Jackfruit (in moderation), Kumquats (in moderation), Lemons (In Moderation), Limes (In Moderation), Mandarins, Mangoes (in moderation), Mulberries, Papaya, Passion Fruit, Pineapples, Pomelos, Rambutans, Soursop, Tamarinds (In Moderation), Tangerines, Watermelon

VEGETABLES

Bell Peppers, Cayenne, Cilantro, Cucumbers, Dill, Ginger, Jalapenos, Kelp Noodles, Poblano, Romaine Lettuce (in moderation), Seaweed (Kelp, Wakame, Hijiki, Arame, Nori, Purple/Red Seamoss), Turmeric

The Following must be cooked before consuming DO NOT CONSUME RAW!!

GRAINS & BEANS

The following Foods need to be presoaked overnight before cooking. Beans are to be consumed sparingly

Amaranth (In Moderation), White Basmati Rice (No Soaking Required), Black Turtle Beans, Fonio (No Soaking Required), Heirloom Maize/Corn (Popped, Cornmeal or Masa Harina only - In Moderation) , Kamut/Khorasan (white kamut flour is best), Spelt (white spelt flour is best), Kaniwa, Navy Beans/Haricot, Quinoa, Teff.

MEATS

NO FARMED MEATS. ONLY WILD CAUGHT, HORMONE FREE, LEAN CUTS, & GRASS FED

Anchovies, Bison, Buffalo, Chilean Sea Bass, Elk, Goat, Lamb, Mackerel  Perch, Ostrich, Red Snapper, Salmon (Sockeye Salmon Is Best), Sardines/Herring, Tuna (Yellow Fin Is Best), Turkey, Venison.

SWEETENERS AND SALT

Agave (Light preferably), Maple Syrup, Honey, Date Sugar (in moderation), Coconut Sugar/Nectar, Coconut Aminos.

ONLY USE KOSHER SALT OR MORTON SALT (No Pink Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt)
